The Mustangs Youth Track Club is seeking donations for team uniforms, equipment and the upcoming Jr. Olympics which is being held in the summer of 2014 in Des Moines Iowa. Last year, we were blessed to have nine athletes that qualified. This has been a huge accomplishment for them as they are very honored to represent their city, state as well as their team. So please make a donation of your choice to help cover our. Mustangs Track Club has over 50 members between the ages of 3 and 18 years old and was founded in 2011 by Avalon Collins and Jocelyn Robinson. Athletes who participate come from the inner-city and surrounding suburbs of Saint Louis Metropolitan Area, Missouri. Over the past two years we have had a number of athletes medal at the national level and have exile greatly in academics due to the fact that coaching staff always encourage student athletes to put school above everything.
MTC is sanctioned by the USA Track & Field National Governing body and its local Ozark Association for track and field along with the AAU organization,as we offer sprints, throws,jumps, distance running and race walking. Our goal is to assist young people who are interested in improving their physical fitness, mental stamina, and teamwork skills through organized track and field competition and also a member of the Amatuer Athletic Union. We are in need of financial support to meet our goal of assisting young athletes.Any amount that you can donate is greatly appreciated, and spreading the word would would be a big help also!!
